The Role 

We are recruiting for a Financial Controller to lead a small team. Reporting to the Directors the role includes day to day operations and financial / internal controls, feasibility studies, cash flow analysis and forecasting, looking into property settlements, managing funder relationships, financial and management accounting, as well as looking after all banking documentation and legal compliance issues. 

Skills / Qualifications

You will be CA qualified, ideally with international experience in the property development sector / space. You must have managed a small team before and be able to quantify your results and impact in doing so as a financial leader in a business.
